The lawsuits accuse Juul of endangering students and forcing educators to divert time and money to fight an epidemic of nicotine addiction among teenagers. With school districts across the United States scrambling to reverse the rise of vaping among teenagers, three of them on Monday filed suit against Juul, the e-cigarette manufacturer, accusing it of endangering students and forcing educators to divert time and money to fight an epidemic of nicotine addiction. This argument is about people who have nicotine addition and how they go through withdrawals trying to quick how it is really hard to get through it and stop. My sources are better than other sources because they give different information about nicotine addition and withdrawals. Like the symptoms people will go through and how to overcome and try to fix the problem. In my source also talks about how her kid a 13 year old kid is already addicted to nicotine because of the flavored e cigs and cigarettes. My personal reflection is I know every person today does it and they’re people who can quit and can’t quit I think they should have personal family help for a start to get them feeling like they have people on their side to make them more confident. They feel that feeling it’ll boost them to make a difference and put all this nasty stuff that is giving them lung cancer or increase their chances to get lung cancer. Making the decision to quit smoking is not one that comes lightly, especially for those who have spent many years with tabacco. But when the time comes to put down the cigarette, going cold turkey without a game plan can leave many suffering from nicotine withdrawals, which can also lead quitters back to smoking. In knowing what you’re up against, Kevin M. Fussell, a pulmonologist with Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Pulmonary Medicine, says first you must know that the fight ahead will be hard but doable as long as you know what your options are and where to go for help. The biggest nemesis to a healthier, smoke-free life, Fussell says, is nicotine. A toxic colorless or yellowish oily liquid naturally found in tobacco, nicotine affects many parts of the body, including your heart, blood vessels, hormones, and metabolism, and can reach the brain faster than drugs that enter the body intravenously, according to the American Cancer Society. This is only a little part about the writing about the effect and what this source talks about. As you can see this source talks about most of the effect of smoking nicotine and how it can effect your life. This source is better than others because it talks about nicotine and how things will effect your life and how it hurt you in your life now and then years from now. That people should really care about this and not push it off because it will increase the years you live and people should be worried if they want to live for a long time. This sources fits so well with my topic because it tells me all i need to know about nicotine addiction and how it is effecting peoples lives or how it will in the future. It shapes my argument on how people should have a lot support and try to stop smoking and fight this nicotine addiction. I can use this source because it talks about all the body parts that are effected in smoking and how it can shorten you lifetime. It doesn’t really change how I think about the topic because I knew a little about it but did really opened my eyes about some things.

Research has shown that smoking is addictive, with terrible effects on the mind and body, and people are still unaware of exactly how bad it is. Nicotine, one of the main ingredients in a cigarette, is a huge reason that smoking is so addictive. This topic is important to me or to really anyone who deal or smokes nicotine. This is important topic because some people well most people can’t quit and nicotine can kill you or affect your health. Nicotine can be your best friend at sometimes but can be the devil another time. Quitting nicotine will be hard at first but it is worth it by what most people say live happier and healthier lives. The issue really is that people can’t handle the nicotine withdrawal and it’s to serious on them and they go back to smoking nicotine. This is a serious problem and most people do not get that they think that people can just quit right away but they can’t it takes time and motivation by the people around that person for the person to get the courage that he can quit and live a better and healthier life. I would like to add people that are fighting nicotine addiction need motivation and courage. People around the like family or friends should be encouraging them to quit nicotine and taking it off their minds. When they think people are on their side and helping through this most people feel even better about quitting and actually takes it serious and have a better chance of quitting. Some people smoke because people have stress and their stress goes away when they smoke. That’s how some people coup with stress and its an bad way but sometimes the only way. In this essay I write about my argument about people fighting nicotine and that people need more than you should quit if you really think it’s affecting their health. You have to emotional and physical help them out on quitting. Do stuff with them so it takes their mind off nicotine or show them tasks they can do so nicotine won’t ever come up in their mind ever again.

The other person I would interview is my Uncle he has been smoking nicotine for about nine years but he finally quit about a year ago and last time I seen him he was still on the right track. I would contact him in person ask him
- How has your health been since you stopped smoking?
- Did you have an symptoms when you stopped?
- Did you have physical or emotional support ?
- Was it really hard not to go back to smoking nicotine?
- When did you think it was time to stop smoking nicotine?
- How many years have you been smoking nicotine?
CL 4/9
My thesis is all about how nicotine is addictive and people have hard time quitting but some or most people often quit. People that are quitting have difficult time with the nicotine withdrawals. When symptoms hit the people don’t know what to do and usually go back to nicotine.
My writer had the same issue that I’ve thought of, people can’t take the symptoms of the nicotine withdrawals so they usually go back to nicotine. That people who really want to stop need emotional support from their peers and people around them hopefully they lead them in right way and help them stop doing nicotine.
In this essay I write about my argument about people fighting nicotine and that people need more than you should quit if you really think it’s affecting their health.
